hi, i am trying to purchase in game credits using my creditcard, but it says the purchase can not be completed, please contact itunes support. also i have just added in appstore funds, the adding funds went through, but again i cant use my money in the game, why?

- click on your country's flag (the country where you are, and which is therefore the country on your account)
- click on Contact Support towards the top right
- click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us'
