My IPHONE Xs max is charging,when I plug my lighting cable in my phone I need a solution for this

This is a known issue with the iPhone Xs series, the issue will be fixed in a software update. To fix it temporarely Go into Settings, FaceID and Passcode, scroll down to "Allow access when locked" and turn on USB Accessories.

I didn't change that option. Just try the "Raise to Wake" on/off solution. So, now is working, with "USB Acessories" turn off.
Yes. Turning ON the USB Accessory option solved my power issues. Plugging in any power cable, wakes up my XS Max (even with the power supply in the love seat!)
Settings, face id and passcode, “allow access when unlocked:” toggle “USB accessories” to on
You forgot (Not) or else you’re just saying it’s charging properly.
Not sure who this is directed to, but in my case the phone charges perfectly. Acts/charges like all my previous iPhones did.
when i first got my xs it was charging and also charging. i noticed the other day my phone was plug into the charger and it wasn't charging or now its taking forever to charge.
