Can't delete tones using itunes 12.9

I could not delete tones using itunes 12.9 on iPhone xs max, it is not showing in iTunes.

Existing tones from backup restore are not showing up in iTunes.

Manually manage does not work.

Can't see tones in iTunes Bought a new MBP. Sync with my iPhone XS Max. Had to replayed all my mp3s one by one in order for them to be in my iphone. The mp3s in my iPhones all had to be removed when synced with the new MacBook. Also the custom ring tones in my iPhone can be seen in the iTunes. That results in me not being able to remove them from the iPhone. Any way to overcome this?

Deleting music tones I have music tones I put on my iphone 6 and now I have iphone xs max and at the Apple Store they downloaded my music and my pictures. Now I want to clear all customs made music tones and start all over with new songs. Now when I plug my iPhone into the computer and bring up iTunes and go to tones there is only one tone and I am trying to get rid of all of them. The other tones are no longer in tones on the computer. How do I get rid of them off my iphone? Do I have to set my iphone to like it was when I bought it? HELP!!
