Can't see tones in iTunes

Bought a new MBP. Sync with my iPhone XS Max. Had to replayed all my mp3s one by one in order for them to be in my iphone. The mp3s in my iPhones all had to be removed when synced with the new MacBook.

Also the custom ring tones in my iPhone can be seen in the iTunes. That results in me not being able to remove them from the iPhone. Any way to overcome this?
