What happens when you try? Error message(s)?
Try setting up another admin user account to see if the same problem continues. Please post back on whether or not this worked. Also try the Safe Mode. Please post back on whether or not this worked.

I recommend trying to log into US Bank using another browser, i.e., Chrome or Firefox. If it works with either of those browsers then it's a problem with Safari 12 and you should consider posting feedback to Apple.
Have you tried contacting the bank?
It sounds like the web site may be down. If it isn't working by Monday, try contacting the bank.

yes, they said they had other complaints on same issue. they were working on it but so far no results.
