To get LTE or 4G for the 2nd sim try switching the primary default line & it will give you LTE for both sims...enjoy. Let me know if it worked.

Just go to settinngs then look for cellular & switch default sim from there.

Hi, iPhone XS Max is a phone with dual standby spec. It means, when on call, only a single network will be active. If you are on call on Vodafone, the other network with be silent / disconnected.
