Ip6 32gb.. I use ios11.. already full reset still same.. use WiFi to download free apps & update also same.. why must pay..maybe after I update to ios11 have this problem ..

Thx for your attention bro.. let me explain to u what problem I have.. before this I don’t have problem to update n download.. now I want download Facebook,insta,chrome, WhatsApp, & all FREE apps cannot.. must pay & deduct my phone credit.. yesterday I did reset all to default setting..like new device.. & I try more to download apps.. still cannot.. only my device have this problem.. my friend also use iphone,no problem..
