I recently changed my email and password for my Apple ID. Everything is working well on all my Apple devices except my ipad is wanting me to ‘Update Apple ID Settings‘. When i tap ‘Continue’ the pop up box that appears requesting an Apple ID password but is showing the old Apple ID email address which is not able to be edited?

Have you tried signing out using your new password?
You'll need to log out of Find My iPad to avoid getting an Activation lock.
You are welcome. I'd still sign out of Find My Phone/iPad just to be safe.
Thanks Eric, I just checked both the find my iPad and Iphone and all appears to be working fine....That old email only appears in one place and that is when I select 'Continue' in updating settings. BY

Yes I have logged out and back in, in every conceivable place possible. Im thinking I may have to try backing up the iPad and doing a rebuild....any thoughts?
