iOS 12 screen time - app limits

it seem the screen time is not working. The time limited is not working. Any suggestion?

Two main options, 1: Restart the device

2: Remove and reset the limit. Also If someone has pressed the ‘ignore for today’ Button when the screen limit is used up it will indeed ignore for the day.
