Mojave can't sync Google Calendar

Hello,

I recently upgraded to macos Mojave and I'm really happy about this.

However, since the upgrade, Calendar app, don't sync my Google Calendars anymore.

Complete description is that I had an error CalDAVAccountRefreshQueueableOperation thus I removed the Google Account and add it back. However, since this operation, I can see the Google account in macos Calendar however no calendars from this account are synced and no errors are shown.

Here is what I tried :

- Check authorization in Google Account

- Removed it and add it back again (the account on macos)

- Restart the computer

- Try to force sync with Cmd+r

Is this a known problem ? Is there a solution ?

Regards

Laurent

I too have tried this that and the other for months, every couple of weeks I search and hope to find a solution; I can't use the calendar period. I had 4 calendars including google calendar that I've used for over umpteen years. I can use and see them on iphone and ipad but my mac OS Mojave rendered my entire calendar app totally worthless except to tell me what day it is. I can't even add accounts etc. when I hit any of the options it does nothing...

Just spoke with Apple Support. As one might guess, Mojave no longer uses ICal and that the current "Calendar" included in Mojave (i.e., not as a separate App) cannot be synced, even via iCloud, with a Google Androdi calendar, period. And, of course, Apple provides no suggestion for a work around. Thanks to Apple and the absence of any real anti-trust enforcement in the US. So, ignore the many online-offered recommendations/instructions on how to sync you android calendor with "iCal". They simply do not apply to Mojave Calendar. Maybe a third party will come up with an app that might work around this, at least, until the next OS "debug" upgrade which will be designed by Apple to defeat that.

I also spoke to Google Support and they (a supervisor) said essentially the same thing, except, only after several phone center "support" operators wasted many hours of my time providing one useless suggestion after another. Turns out, Google front line operators had not been informed. At least the Apple support operator s got the message.

My next try will to be to move my calendar off of Mojave, altogether, and try to sync throu Google drive or something. Any suggestion on how to do that would be welcome.
