I got this email saying my iCloud got upgraded but I did not remember doing this. I opened the PDF and said 90.99 dollars and thought it was suspicious then deleted the email after. I am now worried that I’ve been hacked. i have bank accounts and details on my phone. Should I be concerned??? What should I do?
Such emails are phishing attempts. Do not respond to, or otherwise act on the email. Opening the email isn’t a problem.

Such email scams rely on the user inputting their personal/financial information at the linked site in the email message. Simply opening the PDF will not cause an issue.
I’m not concerned about email, more concerned about the fact I opened the attachment PDF....
