The display of my iphone Xs Max remain active during a call. I try to block the notch with my hand during a call, but the display remain active.
i try to reset the phone but nothing happen.
Did you have a solution for this problem?

It sounds like the proximity sensor on your phone is not functioning correctly.
Make an appointment with the Genius Bar at your local Apple Store to have your phone examined.
The problem was from glass screen protector.
The phone work ok without it.
That'll do it. :-)
Glad you figured it out; the Belkin glass protector should allow the proximity sensor to function normally, as it is sold at the Apple Store.
