I used Quicktime Player to record video as a .mov. Looking at the file size, I realize I'd rather just keep the audio content. I open the file in quicktime, navigate to File > Export As, and my options are 4k, 1080p, 720p, 480p, and Audio Only. Audio Only is grayed out, and cannot be selected. Is there something I am missing?

Looking on the edit there is no facility for this, do I need a different version of the software? Which versions have this facility? thanks

iMovie not exporting properly. My IMovie that I had created isn’t exporting with both audio and Video. While I’m using IMovie the quality looks good and perfect but once I get into the QuickTime player it shows only as a green screen with audio. When I view my individual clips from my movie it works on QuickTime but once they’re in the IMOVIE together it just doesn’t want to export properly.

iMovie exporting - audio cuts off Hi guys I've got an mp4 file that I'm trying to split the audio and video of using iMovie. I've split the audio and video tracks, and deleted the video, but when I export the file as an mp3 (other formats have failed too) the audio only plays back up to a point, after which the rest of the file is silent. I can hear all the audio in iMovie, but not in the exported audio file.
