How to share files between PC and Mac?

I have H-P Laptop running latest Win 10 with iCloud Drive installed and a MacBook Pro with iCloud Drive and both linked to my common apple account. How can I get the two iCloud Drives to sync the files so what I put on the H-P Laptop can be accessed on the MacBook Pro's iCloud Drive?
