How do I report app developer that is in violation of it’s agreement with Apple?


I was just looking at the agreement these developers have with Apple in developing apps that are sold or available in the App Store. They are not supposed to tamper with the reviews but I have seen time and time again that they have tampered with the reviews not just with the app that I am discussing today but with many other apps as well. The app in question today is the Uber driver app. There have been no reviews added to the App Store since August 21,2018 and it is now October 3,2018. My review has not yet been posted and I posted it weeks ago. This new updated version of the app is causing a lot of problems for me. The app crashes and quite frequently will not update my earnings in the same day. So I am working blindly. If I have a goal in mind which I always do I have no idea if I’m hitting it. I don’t even know if the ride is going to be recorded as I have seen that all the canceled rides are not recorded at all! How my supposed ask for the cancellation fee that was not given when it should have been given? Hopefully I remember the name and the time and the date that the ride was for . Best drivers know we don’t have time for that. Perhaps we need to not just have a phone cradle but a pad of paper cradle to take down notes on all of the trips we take. I don’t know how this is legal. The errors i’m getting are: the app failed to update the feed. And I complain to Uber about this problem at least three times already. They claim that it’s going to be fixed within 48 hours and magically in five minutes it’s updating again! I believe they are just deceiving us As to how much power a technician actually has. I have Complained numerous times about certain trends in the types of rides I get And I have seen improvements despite them chalking it off to it not being busy out there I have seen results After complaining! I am also posting a picture to show that they have an error on there there are other errors screens about the earnings not being updated but this is one. Some days it got to the point where I had no idea how many rides I did I was definitely over eight rise and it hadn’t updated at all. Drivers depend on looking at the earnings up to the minutes so that if there is a problem they know they can go and talk to Uber about it. There are supposed to be consumer protections against some of the practices that ever has decided to undertake.

Apple I am just reporting that Uber’s rating is currently 4.6 and since they have not updated the reviews since August 21, I know that they are forcefully manipulating the reviews do not reflect the new update to this app as I have seen in many forms that the drivers are very upset with this update. The drivers that have android phones are lucky because they can actually go back to the app prior to this update and use it without issue. The people that are users of iPhones are unfortunate and cannot use the app prior to the update is unfortunate for us iPhone app users . As an Apple user, I depend on you Apple to enforce your rules governing developers that post apps to your Apple store. Please do your part. And if you’re already taking bribe money from Uber stop it I’d slap your hand! User uploaded file

Developers can't remove reviews, only the person doing the review and Apple can do so. And you're not talking to Apple nor iTunes Support on these user forums.
