why cant I remove “cup” from infograph face on apple watch 4

I have changed to my time zone in the apple watch 4, the iPhone XS and the watch app on the iPhone — yet if I use the info graph face, the small clock still says “cup” as if it thinks Om in Cupertino. I can find no links to how to fix this or if it’s a bug. Thanks for any help or advice. For now, I’m using a different face to eliminate seeing it.
