How do I update photos?

Photos won't let me order prints. It says my version is too old. I looked for the updated on the app store and couldn't find it. Where can I find the link to update the app? Thank you!

This is the message I get:

Ordering is no longer available for this version of Photos. Upgrade to the latest version before ordering.

It is no longer possible to order prints at all from Apple, so updating Photos will not really help.

Apple stopped the service on September 30.

You now have to use third-party services to order prints or books etc.

As to updating Photos: Photos is installed by the system as a part of the system. There are no separate updaters. You update to Photos 3.0 by upgrading the Mac to macOS 10.13 High Sierra (Upgrade to macOS High Sierra - Official Apple Support) or to Photos 4.0 by upgrading the Mac to macOS 10.14 Mojave: macOS Mojave - Apple

Which system do you currently have installed?
