cannot log out of apple id on old phone that died

I am logged into another device with my Apple ID and it’s causing a bunch of issues. The old phone is dead and I can’t turn it back on.

Depending upon the iOS version and where you are logged into the account, see if you can remove it : Check your Apple ID device list to see where you're signed in - Apple Support
