Uninstall Active Trader Pro on Macbook Pro

I "installed" Fidelity's Active Trader Pro, (but it never worked). Macbook Pro 13" 2016 , version 10.13.6

The icon is in my dock, and looks active, with the little dot below it, but when I click it, nothing happens. When I right click and hit quit, it won't quit. When I try to restart my mac, I get an error message that says Active Trader Pro is preventing the restart. Any ideas?

MacBook Pro, macOS High Sierra (10.13.6)

Launch Activity Monitor and in the search field type "Active Trader Pro"

Then use the force quit ("X" icon) in the upper left hand corner to quit the app. After that, you should be able to go to your Applications folder and delete it.
