Photo resolution
How can I change the photo resolution in iOS 12? I want the biggest size available.

Let me rephrase my question for clarification. I want to change my image size to 16:9 and not not 4:3. When I move the images over to my laptop I want the entire screen filled up. Not 3/4 of it. I understand the resolution will be decreased as well as the file size.
