Instagram not working on the new iPhone Xs Max

Hi all,

Hoping I can get some advise here, I notice that there are a few apps that don't work well with the new iPhone Xs Max, ie Instagram, Tiktok, Vue, Quik etc basically app that require access to the phone mic feature.

The affected apps were able to access the camera but not the mic, when it lead me to that app setting, I'm not able to see the enable mic on/off button.
