I got a pop up that my Mac Pro had a Trojan horse 3 viruses

I just got a pop up on my Mac Pro telling me that I needed to click scan because my Mac had a Trojan horse and 3 viruses. I didn't click scan. what should I do?

MacBook Pro, macOS High Sierra (10.13.6)
