iPhone Xs purple tint on rear facing camera?

Is anyone else suffering the purple tint on their rear facing camera. I’ve hd my phone a week and the problems sounds identical to one users were reporting for their iPhone 7s a few years ago.

Rang Apple support and they had me do a restore, which didn’t fix the problem but created a whole lot of others. Now have to wait a week for a time at my nearest Genius Bar.
