It must have come as a result of some update because I've never had this issue before and can reproduce with my previous concert files as well.
When I reopen my concert, then the "No Transpose" option in "MIDI Input" is always on for the channel strip that is using "Ultrabeat":
Any ideas how to solve this?

This happened to me too when I upgraded to MainStage 3.4. Still have High Sierra. I use Ultrabeat for triggering samples and transpose to send to a specific key on my controller. I couldn't find a fix for it for so I moved all of my samples to EXS24. Since I could assign it to any key in the edit screen of EXS24, I was able to get by without transposing. This certainly is a bug that needs to be fixed.
Yep, same thing happens to me after the 3.4 update. Very annoying, but thankfully I only have 4 instances of Ultrabeat to uncheck the "No Transpose" after loading a concert. I can imagine how annoying it must be for those who rely on it in many songs.
Sent a bug report to Apple. Hopefully, a fix is incoming.
