I got this message: Your Mac is heavily damaged! (33.2%)

Hi guys, I just wanted to open a webpage and I got this message:

Your Mac is heavily damaged! (33.2%)

Please download the Advanced Mac Cleaner application to remove 3 Viruses from your Mac.

Please let me know if this is real and if so, how to fix it? Thanks

It's a scam. You have no virus. You might have equivalent problems were you to actually download it.

You may see this just by visiting a normal web page. Closing the page might be enough. The warning may appear real but realize your browser provides a certain amount of information about your computer configuration to any web site it visits so the site can customize the page to fit your browser, but then bad sites can make messages appear "personal".
