Why doesn’t music download to my iPhone.
I can add music to my library but the artwork would not show up and when I click the download button it doesn’t download.

First check iTunes to see if the song is ineligible for upload. Additionally, if you added the song to your library from the Apple Music catalog, it might no longer be available on Apple Music.
Check your Internet connection
Open Safari on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, or Mac, or a web browser on your PC, and go to any website to make sure you have a strong Wi-Fi or Internet connection.
If you can't connect to a Wi-Fi network on your iOS device, you can try using cellular data:
- Go to Settings > App and iTunes Stores.
- Turn on Use Cellular Data.
You might have to pay a fee to download over a cellular network. Contact your wireless carrier for details, and learn about cellular data settings and usage.

Best regards.
Actually it isn’t anything with my Internet, nor with uploading. I am able to stream music and luckily the album artwork now adds to my library but I still can’t download the music to my phone so I can listen offline. For example, I can go to the top charts section and add an album, playlist or song to my library but I can’t download it for me to listen offline.
Did you try my solution posted above?
It's originally thought for the missing artwork issue, that many people experience.
But it also works when one can't download at all, or not anymore.
Maybe it could fix your problem, I think it's worth a try.
Did you get help? All the instructions about downloading here don’t apply because I can download over the same network on my iPad but for some reason not on my phone, over both WiFi and cellular
😄 I was trying to avoid having to do that. Was hoping for a less tedious solution
I'm gonna give it a try and will revert. Thanks
I tried it. I could download tracks on the day but it's back again. Can't download anything, which is weird cause I can still download on my iPad. I don't know anymore
