iPhone XS MAX clicking when answering a call. I have already replaced the phone but the second one still does it. As long as the “vibrate” toggle switch is on, the phone clicks at the bottom speaker when answered.
NOTE TO APPLE: Please call an XS Max with vibrate on and listen to bottom speaker closely then answer it. This happens with or without “haptic” toggled on.

I have the same issue on my iPhone XR if I change the Ringtone Vibration type. But if I set the vibration type as the default "Synchronized", this problem disappeared. It's weird.
I also have the same problem with my iphone x. Is there a fix for this yet?
I have a week old XR and it is doing the same thing, clicks when receiving a call.
Any word on a fix for this issue? Is there anyone that has gotten their phone replaced by apple with a phone that does not have this issue?
or I guess it sounds more like a crackling noise from bottom speaker
when your phone vibrates on synchronized is the vibration very faint because mine is but you are right how the crakling noise doesn't happen.
Ok thanks it just feels faint even when it’s in my pocket. Vibrates normal for text and other alerts though
Any update to this issue? I hear two loud taps on my XR. Not sure if taptic engine or speaker.
