Time Zone

I'm at iOS 12 and the time zone still doesn't change automatically while traveling. None of the workarounds are acceptable. Is there a target release for the fix?

Have you gone to settings>general>reset>reset location and privacy?

do you have location services turned on? When you go to settings>privacy>location services>system services - do you have time zone turned on there?
