How do I rename a desktop stack?

I have a bunch of web links (*.webloc) on my desktop that have collected there as I drag links from Safari and Firefox. I'd like the Mojave Desktop Stacks feature to collect them for me. But when I turn on the Stacks feature it groups them into a stack called "Other". Why doesn't the stacks feature know that all the files are internet links, and then name the stack accordingly? How do I change the name of a stack?

Grouping by Kind doesn't support renaming right now, but I found an article explaining how to group by Tag instead of Kind. Naming the tag, you can essentially name the stack.
