Safari displaying content from previously watched video Netflix
I have two MacBooks - Air and Pro and only Pro is affected probably because of retina (high-resolution).
My Mac: MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2017, Two Thunderbolt 3 ports)
Graphics: Intel Iris Plus Graphics 640 1536 MB
System: 10.14 (18A391)
Step to replicate (with clean system)
1. Open Safari
2. Go to youtube.com watch any full hd/ 4k content
3. Go to Netflix
4. Netflix will 'flicker' from time to time showing the frame from a previously watched content.
To solve this issue I have tried to wipe out my hard drive and reinstall the system. I have also tried to use Safari Technology Preview and it is also affected. Not sure if there is a fix other than manually wiping the cache.
Any ideas?

Here you can see, that netflix is working as expected.
