After I updated my iphone 7 on 12.0.1, when I activate bluetooth, the bluetooth icon doesn't appear on the top of the screen near the alarm clock icon.

I just did the second update 12.0.1 and I still don’t have the
Just had the same issue ... wireless mouse and keyboard therefore not working.
Solution = Reboot, and working fine now with the icons in place.
As documented in my post above, this is an intentional change.
iOS does not and has not had mouse support.
