How can I edit the os from a black background with white text to a white background with black text?

Change from the Dark Mode to the Light Mode in System Preferences > General.

Mojave problems Whenever I used the little screenshot app in Mojave to grab part of a web page, it not only didn't grab any image, but left a white window on the monitor. That means that whatever software I'm in, there;s a big white window. My only solution has been a time-consuming restart. I won't use it again...but does anybody have any help?
