i preordered a fall out boy album on christmas or 2017, the album was released in january 2018 but i never got my preorder. i went into iTunes that day and it said that i needed to buy the entire album again so i wasted 10 dollars for nothing?
Have you now paid for the album ? You were not charged when you pre-ordered it, iTunes cannot charge for unreleased items.
