Unable to access a pre-ordered album

I pre-ordered an album that was debuting on 26th August 2022 but it’s reflecting as ‘ purchased’ in my itunes account.The pre-purchase option is no longer available so I cannot even cancel and repurchase.Kindly advise.

pre order not listed any more Hi all, I have been searching for a way to contact iTunes for this problem but can't find a away to do it so I'm asking here for help. I have pre ordered an music album on April 11th, and was charged for 3 musics of that album that I download in the same day. On April 17th come out another music of the same album which I was charged and download. Since the album was to be released on June 5th I went to the store to see if any other musics had been released and saw the release date was changed to December 31th. With the situation we are living I understand completely the delay and the problem is not that. The problem is that the album stop indicating it was already pre ordered and the four musics I have already payed don't appear any more with the indication they have been purchased. So if I want to have the full album I have to pre ordered it again and pay again for those musics. How can I correct this situation? Thanks in advance, Andre Wemans

Pre-Ordered Item Not Downloading I pre-ordered an album, the store says it's been purchased, but I can't download the album on my computer or my Ipad. Also, my account says it's still pre-ordered even though it was released today. I tried cancelling it but nothing happens. Do I need to call Apple about this or is there a way I can fix this myself?

ITunes making me buy pre-ordered album again? I preordered an album, but now that it’s released it’s making me pay again? I had bought three songs from the album before I preordered it (since they released early) and I still own those, but now it says ‘complete your album’ whereas it used to say ‘preordered’ and every song except for the three I bought early now has a price next to it, and telling me I have to pay for them a second time. The album was ok orchestra by ajr if that helps.
