Unable to access a pre-ordered album

I pre-ordered an album that was debuting on 26th August 2022 but it’s reflecting as ‘ purchased’ in my itunes account.The pre-purchase option is no longer available so I cannot even cancel and repurchase.Kindly advise.

Apple iTunes Store Purchase Inquiry Hello All, I tried to make a purchase of an album (Pink Floyd's - The Wall) on iTunes Store a couple weeks back and I'm having trouble accessing the music. When I search for the album on the iTunes store, the album says it is "Purchased." However, the album has not downloaded onto any of my apple devices. I would like some further assistance on how to proceed. Can I cancel the purchase, then try to buy the album again? Please Help.

Released album stuck in preorder I preordered an album expecting it to download when it was released. It was released a week ago but I’ve not been charged nor has the album moved from preorder status in my account. When will I be able to get the music I preordered?
