Cellular menu missing on iPhone XS Max

As you can see in the article you attached under "What you need" ...

The Dual SIM option is not currently available. It will be available later this year.

Every time I need to change the primary line (which something you will discover that you will do more often with Apples fruitless dual sim) or change the settings of each line I need to reset the settings as we are only allowed to don't through the new setup

What happens when you click on mobile data?

The above appears exactly like what I see under Settings > Cellular.

Thanks Sberman, but this is the issue the Cellular section is missing, you don’t see it when you go to settings
