Even though the error was camera missing.. this can also happen if the camera archives are missing. Which is what it was in this instance.
Yes is the same thing. I just accessed it via the Inspector panel.
So if you are on the Library, then in the inspector mode comes up options of them is Media. Where you can click to Consolidate there too.
