Every sound coming out of earpiece

Hey there i have been using apple iphones from a while now. And one thing bas been bothering me from the day i updated to iOS 12. That all my sounds, music everything is coming from both bottom speaker and earpiece. I find it really troubling the ear peice and making it distorted. I did went to settings and under accessibilty turning the slider to left but i use my earphones as well and i end up with one right channel. Where is the fix for this or i can roll back to iOS 11 as im not liking the iOS 12 at all....

This happened on iphone 7 plus though my iphone 6 and 6s plus are working perfectly

This is part of the stereo audio feature of iOS 12; obviously the sound can't be stereo if it only comes from one speaker.

If the sound from the earpiece on your iPhone 7 Plus is distorted, try the debugging steps here:

If you hear no sound or distorted sound from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch speaker - Apple Support

If it's still distorted, you may want to make an appointment with the Genius Bar at your local Apple Store to have your phone examined:

Well unfortunately there is no apple store available in my country.

Contrary to the situation i am facing all the speakers are fine but the ear piece cannot take high frequency sounds as its clearly not built for such usage.

I have been using iphones from a very long time now and supposingly there will be no solution here still i came in hoping someone would have an answer.

But there are excuses here not solutions.

There problem my be a defective one as iv read servel people with iOS 11 complaint the same but why didnt i had it ? After updating to the promising iOS 12 im having all sorts of issues.

If its a stereo feature proclaimed in iOS 12 why didnt it targeted my iphone 6 and iphone 6s plus ?

The iPhone 7 was the first iPhone to provide speakers capable of producing stereo, one on the bottom and one on the top.
