migrate bootcamp partition

I crashed my old computer and purchased a new 2017 MacBook 15". Luckily I back up everything on my time machine so migrating all my Mac OS worked. The new computer has Mojave running on it. I then. created a new bootcamp "partition / volume" and installed Windows 10. Note the original was Windows 7. I have a key expensive program that I cannot reinstall so I am hoping to migrate the bootcamp Windows to the computer. Is this possible? How do I do it? Web searches have not been very helpful. Thanks

Look at Winclone, but be aware that there are changes in file system and on-disk structures, which may not allow the migration. Read about SysPrep well. What is the old Mac's year/model and macOS version?

The Open-source close equivalent is CloneZilla.

Also, consider importing the W7 disk in an external enclosure imported as a VM in Fusion/Parallels/VirtualBox if you do not need native performance in your expensive program.
