Random Apps opening

Ok. So I have solved my problem. I had enabled Dictation to autolaunch Siri on my MBP and I have since turned it off for the last 2 days and since, everything is functioning as it is supposed to.

Apps have not opened up or anything similar. So, I guess it was my own doing.

Let me know if anything appears out of the ordinary. It looks ok to me, with the exception of Teamviewer... not sure how to get rid of those ones.

The only problem is that I don't have anything in the house that needs to have the Home app launch. So, I think I'm going to complete a time machine backup and completely reinstall Mojave.

Thanks for the reply! I've booted into safe mode and I did forget to mention that I have previously upgraded my HDD to an SSD and I also upgraded my ram to 16gb instead of my 4, but everything booted up rather quickly.

Either way, I'm going to see if the problem persist and I'll update accordingly. I didn't get any errors from extensions or anything similar.

So, it happened again today; however, I am unsure how to recreate it. The problem is that it simply just launches randomly and there isn't a pattern that I can see or come up with.

The Home app is the usual app that launches, but as mentioned, it doesn't seem to be a pattern...

So yesterday, I completed a completely fresh install of Mojave and then completed a restore from my Time Machine. Everything went great and after using my Mac for a couple of hours, Photos just randomly opened up.

So, it appears that it's not quite solved.
