I have an iPhone X. I have just updated it to iOS 12.1 and the new Emojis are not showing up.
I have closed all apps, uninstalled the Emoji keyboard, rebooted my iPhone and then reinstalled the keyboard, but they are still not showing.

iOS 12.1 has not been released. iOS 12.0.1 was released, which contained minor fixes, but no new Emojis.
