headphone Jack is not working properly

Hi I bought a Macbook Pro 13 Touch bar (2018). My headphone Jack is not working properly. At first everything works fine, but when I pull out and re-insert the headphones, the music plays through the speakers. Although it shows that headphones are plugged in. This happens when I listen to music on my headphones through Google Chrome or work in Serato DJ or Maschine music programs. Everything works well via Safari and itunes. Why is this happening? does anyone have the same problem?
