Re-downloading iCloud Music Library contents

Hi,

I’ve recently had to reinstall iTunes on my Mac and when I opened it again all of my iCloud Music Library contents were missing. I went to Preferences to re-enable iCloud Music Library, which worked, yet all of the songs appeared to be not downloaded on my computer.

My music catalog is pretty big, and I can still find all of it in Music > iTunes > iTunes Media, buy I don’t have enough free room on my Mac storage for downloading the songs again.

I’m asking what can be done in order to have all of my iCloud Music Library downloaded again on my Mac, without using any extra space, since it’s obviously unnecessary. I guess I can manually delete all of the songs from my iTunes Media folder and download them again, although I wonder whether there is a simpler, safer, way to achieve my goal without the need to download a large amount of songs I already have stored on my HD.

Thank you you very much in advance!
