I accidentally removed my iPad from my Apple ID's associated devices. How do I link it back. My ipad is disabled. Forgot the ipad passcode. But my apple id password is working. Please advice.

If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support


you may have to resort to


Open iTunes. If asked for a passcode, try another computer you've synced with, or use recovery mode.
