Hi I recently downloaded the new ios 12.0.1 because I was having trouble with an app. I deleted this app before the update and I could still see it in my purchases but it was saying ’not found’ and after the update it just completely disappeared. It’s not in my purchase history or turning up when I search it. Please help.
Is the app still available in your country's store e.g. has the developer removed it ? If it is still in the store, and if it's not showing in the Purchased section in the App Store app on the device for redownloading, check to see if you've hidden it from there : Hide apps for your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, or Mac - Apple Support

If you aren't getting the 'Hidden Purchases' section it implies you don't have any apps hidden - I do so this is what I see on my account on my iPad :

Being removed from the store won't automatically stop people playing it, it only means that you won't be able to redownload it. You could try contacting the developers and see if they are planning on putting it back in the store
Oh I’m sorry. I’m following the pages instructions. I go into the App Store, click on my account and then log in to my account. Scroll down and all it has is family sharing, payment, country/region, refunds, ratings, purchase history. It has a section that is iTunes in the cloud but it just has an option for removing my device. There isn’t any section saying hidden purchases, not even in purchase history. I also updated my device to the newest iOS just after this all happened
I have freinds that are still playing and I have it on my sisters iPad and am able to play it. But when I search it in the App Store it doesn’t come up, on both my phone and the iPad. It happened when the developers brought out a new update in the app and it wasn’t downloading properly, not only for me but everyone else but before I read they’re messages on how to fix it I had already deleted it from my phone
That’s the thing. It doesn’t have an iTunes section in the account settings. It has purchase history but that’s just billings
What doesn't, where are you looking ? Are you following the instructions on that link, or instead using your computer's iTunes ?
Ah thank you so much. My friends came to the same conclusion. I will contact the developers and find out what’s happening.
