Complaint: Keyboard Service Program

My MacBook Pro has a problem: keys repeat unexpectedly and feel sticky.

I sent my laptop to store to repair, then during the repair, they broke my touch bar(like wat??) and told me they need to order a new one to replace.

The keyboard replacement should take about 4 days as they said, but now it's 2 weeks cause they order and order again!

I just wanna know if it's possible to get a new mac instead of using 'extra broken' Mac.

MacBook Pro TouchBar and Touch ID, iOS 11.4.1, null

This issue is generally covered by "Lemon Laws" that are specific to your location. In the US, it is on a State-by-State basis.

Many (but not all) require four repair attempts for a specific repair, or a certain total amount of time out-of-service for repairs, or both to qualify. Also most of these laws were written for automobile purchases. Making a car dealer eat a US$20,000 plus automobile is not undertaken lightly, so the steps to qualify are usually pretty steep.
