Can't remove Safe Finder

My MacBook Air running High Sierra 10.13.6 and Safari 12.0 just started defaulting to the Safe Finder search engine as my home page. It is not actually changing the homepage setting and I cannot find it in applications or extensions. I have run two adware programs, reset Safari, cleared my history and restarted Safari in safe mode, rebooted my computer in safe mode, cleared the cache in Develop, checked the Library for weird files in launchagent and launchdaemon. It still opens to Safe Finder when I start Safari. I have not downloaded or upgraded any programs recently and I don't see any suspicious programs on my computer. Any ideas?

I don't see anything unusual in the report. Unfortunately, I am out of ideas to suggest.

Try booting into the Safe Mode and see if you can change your Home Page there.
