Hi

Trying to watch Sky Go on my iPad 2 at work in Central London, when I choose to watch a show it comes up with:

Your Sky content cannot currently be viewed in this country. For more information, please go to www.sky.com/EUPortability

It works fine at home in Kent, I'm able to watch and download, however after calling Sky they recommend me using the settings on the iPad to change the location.

My issue is the Sky Go App isn't showing up on the settings page and not sure what else to do. The settings on the App is showing London/Kent.

My phone works perfectly well - I can watch and download without any problem using the same wifi connection.

My initial thought was the wifi but if my phone works ok it may not be that.

try disabling wifi

if the wifi router cant provide your device with a location it ask the router it's connected to for it's location and so forth if you end up with a location outside of your country you would suffer from what you describe

Hi

Thanks for your reply, I tried doing that but I still had the same issue

My only concern is why the Sky Go doesn't appear on my settings but looking at my phone it's there but not on the iPad

that way I would be able to hopefully change the location that way.
