Score Sets questions & global mark up printing issues

Hello,

I have a rather large arrangement and I’m having some trouble with global markup and understanding the score sets window.

I have included some screenshots for reference. If I want to just print out the whole score and set my filter correctly (COMPLETE SCORE), everything looks fine and my global mark up items appear as expected. However, when I change the filter to (Harp/Piano) to just print out those parts by themselves, my global mark up items are still visible on the page in there original positions which of course makes no sense…. How can I overcome this problem?

I also do not understand the 2 modes in the Score Sets pop-up menu (Score / Part). What is the difference between the 2 items?
