Keep layout controls linked to channels...

My wish: Have layout controls linked to channel strip positions, and not the actual strip. I often like to replace one channel strip with another if I find a sound I prefer (usually an alias from another patch). But if I delete a strip, and paste in another, my controls (volume and level) have to be remapped... It's not the end of the world, but a bit of a time-waster. What I really want is to have the on-screen controls mapped to the first four channel strips no matter what they are... Oh well... 😟

Controls for Audio FX a lot of my controls on audio fx aren't showing up. For example, I am trying to use sidechain compression from one channel to another, but the feature to do that is not there. Is there something that I don't have installed or not turned on?
